Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Management & Account Farming
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing channels, partnerships, and referrals, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted and long-term relationships.
- Understand client business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery expectations to recommend suitable ITO engagement models (Dedicated Team, Staff Augmentation, T&M, Fixed Price).
- Conduct solution-focused presentations and discussions, positioning Vinova as a long-term technology partner rather than a transactional vendor.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in close collaboration with technical, delivery, and HR teams.
- Drive account growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction, proactively manage risks, and ensure smooth coordination during pre-sales and handover to delivery teams.
Outbound / New Business Development
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the APAC region through outbound activities such as cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, events, and referrals.
- Target mid-to-enterprise clients seeking offshore or nearshore development teams and scalable ITO solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle for new opportunities, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams on go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and strategic account development.
- Stay informed on APAC market trends, client buying behaviours, and competitor offerings to continuously refine sales strategies.
Sales Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and account information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, HR, and finance teams to ensure solution feasibility and commercial alignment.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent Vinova professionally in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in IT Outsourcing or Software Services sales, preferably within the APAC market.
- Strong understanding of Dedicated Team, Staff Augmentation, Offshore Development Centre (ODC), and project-based delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage existing accounts while actively developing new business.
- A consultative selling mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within the technology industry.
- Experience in IT consulting or software/application development is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- A self-starter capable of managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
