Responsibilities:

• Lead BA team to elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements for banking

and financial applications.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and

process flows.

• Act as bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solution alignment

with requirements.

• Validate solutions against requirements and manage requirement changes effectively.

• Provide domain expertise to guide design decisions and prioritise product features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance/Banking, or IT.

• 6+ years as BA with minimum 2 years in BA Lead role for finance/banking projects.

• Strong understanding of banking products, core banking, payment systems, or credit systems.

• Proven expertise in requirement elicitation techniques, process modelling, and writing functional

specifications.

• Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts.

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or banking domain certificates are a plus.
