Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze tender specifications to identify business and technical requirements.
  • Read and interpret tender documents to facilitate the tender submission process.
  • Collaborate with bid managers to gather information and ensure timely submissions.
  • Explain project scopes and requirements to internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Assist in beautifying and formatting proposals to create professional and visually appealing submissions.
  • Analyze tender specifications and requirements, ensuring thorough understanding of tender documents.
  • Facilitate the tender submission process by coordinating with various stakeholders and compiling necessary information.
  • Support bid managers in preparing high-quality proposals that meet client expectations and requirements.
  • Clearly articulate and explain project scopes to internal teams for alignment and clarity.
  • Enhance the presentation of proposals by improving structure, formatting, and overall aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
