Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the overall business operations in Thailand, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage the P&L, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead all sales and marketing efforts to promote software outsourcing services to local and regional clients, drive business growth in the Thai market.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Develop deep insights into the local market trends and competitive landscape.
- Leverage an extensive network of business contacts to promote Vinova’s presence and build partnerships.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team aligned with Vinova’s values and goals.
- Foster a positive and productive work culture within the Thailand office.
- Set clear KPIs and targets for the local office, aligning them with Vinova’s overall business strategy.
- Provide regular progress reports to Vinova’s leadership on key achievements, challenges, and plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of experience in business leadership and sales, with a focus on software outsourcing or IT services.
- Track record of managing P&L, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of the Thai market, including business culture, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent networking skills, with well-established connections in Thailand’s business ecosystem and in industries relevant to software outsourcing services.
- Business development expertise, including contract negotiation, partnership building, and client relationship management.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and strategic thinking.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently to achieve goals.
- Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- No technical background is required, but strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the software outsourcing industry are essential.
