DevOps Lead

HCMC, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Vietnam

Responsibilities:

• Lead DevOps practices for CI/CD pipeline implementation with Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD

focusing on security integration.

• Manage infrastructure automation, IaC design, and deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.

• Integrate security tools and controls into DevOps workflows (shift-left security).

• Collaborate with architects and developers to define secure deployment standards in financial

systems.

• Mentor DevOps engineers and enforce best practices in infrastructure security and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 6+ years of DevOps experience, including 2+ years in financial systems DevOps leadership.

• Strong expertise in Terraform, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline design.

• Experience with security scanning tools (Snyk, SonarQube) and cloud security policies.

• Understanding of finance/banking compliance standards (PCI-DSS, MAS TRM) is highly

preferred.

• Certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer or Certified DevSecOps Professional are a plus.
