Vinova is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Architect (EA) to serve as a primary technical strategist and growth engine for our regional operations. You will provide overall governance to ensure the efficient, consistent, and compliant execution of technology solutions for our most complex institutional accounts.

As a technical authority, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and high-scale delivery, ensuring that technology platforms adhere to elite architectural standards, maintain optimal operational efficiency, and meet total regulatory compliance requirements for Tier 1 clients.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems. (An MBA or advanced legal degree is a significant advantage for this strategic role).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Governance, Solution Architecture, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Frameworks.
  • Cloud & Modernization: Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale, cloud-native production applications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments.
  • Full-Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of the modern technology stack, including Enterprise Java/Spring Boot, front-end frameworks (ReactJS), and mobile application development.
  • Governance Expertise: Demonstrated experience in establishing IT frameworks and processes that ensure Design-to-Delivery Alignment, where final implementations strictly match initial architectural blueprints.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ability to conceptualize common architectural components across multiple services to drive reuse, reduce technical debt, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Technical Theory: Highly conversant in architectural patterns, microservices design, and enterprise-level governance practices.

Desired Skill-set

  • Certifications: Certified in TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or CISA.
  • Regulatory Hardening: Deep experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry, with a focus on MAS TRM (Singapore) and APRA CPS 234 (Australia) compliance.
  • Emerging Technologies: Practical experience in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Asset Tokenization, and Agentic AI Orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
  • Agile Leadership: Extensive experience architecting enterprise-wide systems within Agile/DevOps environments.
  • C-Suite Diplomacy: Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical risk and architectural debt into financial ROI for CTOs and CFOs.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: A customer-centric leader with the ability to bridge the gap between Sales, Strategy, and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Design & Digital Transformation

  • Lead enterprise-wide solution architecture for major digital transformation journeys, setting the long-term vision for the Enterprise Architecture (EA) future state.
  • Translate high-level business requirements and diagnostic findings into robust technical blueprints that serve as accurate, executable roadmaps.

2. Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish architecture policies and standards that drive scalability while protecting project profitability and operational health.
  • Develop governance structures for architectural component selection, ensuring Security by Design and data sovereignty are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Monitor resource utilization and architectural overhead to ensure lean and efficient project execution.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure technology platforms adhere to institutional standards for both new initiatives and legacy modernization projects.
  • Oversee comprehensive architecture governance, including security protocols, quality assurance, regulatory compliance (MAS/APRA), and data residency.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for client-led regulatory or security audits, ensuring all architectural evidence meets institutional rigor.

4. Technical Leadership & Business Growth

  • Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Business Development, partnering with sales teams to provide the technical authority required to pass due diligence in Tier 1 procurement processes.
  • Advise on organization-wide technology changes, such as migrations to Distributed Ledgers or the integration of Autonomous AI agents.
  • Mentor delivery teams to raise collective technical competencies and ensure all architectural artifacts and communication materials are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth Impact: Technical lead on the successful onboarding of major institutional accounts.
  • Efficiency Score: Successful maintenance of target operational efficiency and resource allocation ratios.
  • Audit Success: Zero major non-conformities in client-led regulatory or security audits.
  • Architectural Integrity: 100% alignment between initial architectural designs and final delivery outcomes.
