We are looking for a high-energy, business-minded Account Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions team. This isn’t just a sales role; it’s a "hunting" role that requires the ability to map complex organizations, identify latent business pain points, and bridge the gap between technical ICT capabilities and C-suite objectives.

Whether you are a seasoned professional or a standout fresh graduate, you must possess the "consultative itch"—the drive to understand why a business operates the way it does and the grit to navigate the long, often winding road of enterprise procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Hunting & Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage new enterprise prospects. You will be responsible for market mapping and "opening doors" within complex organizational structures.
  • Relationship Navigation: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, and Business Owners). You must be able to speak the language of "Business Value," not just "Product Features."
  • Consultative Problem-Solving: Use a diagnostic approach to uncover client challenges. You will propose tailored ICT solutions that drive tangible business outcomes, such as operational efficiency or revenue growth.
  • Account Ownership: Take full end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle - from initial outreach and complex negotiations to closing and post-implementation relationship management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical architects and external channel partners to ensure the solutions proposed are both feasible and exceptional in delivery.
  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain a rigorous focus on sales hygiene - accurate forecasting, CRM management, and consistent achievement of aggressive growth targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates with exceptional communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years in B2B sales.
  • Mindset: A Hunter. You enjoy the thrill of the chase and are not deterred by the complexity of enterprise gatekeepers.
  • Aptitude: High ICT Literacy. You don't need to be a coder, but you must be able to learn, internalize, and explain complex technology solutions rapidly.
  • Soft Skills: High Social Intelligence. You can read a room, navigate office politics within a client organization, and build trust quickly.
  • Education: A Degree in Business, IT, Law, or Finance is preferred (the ability to understand complex contracts and financial ROI is a major plus).
