We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws - Manage cash flow and financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives - Oversee the preparation of tax returns and manage relationships with external auditors - Train and mentor finance team members to ensure their professional growth and development Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws - Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
