The HR & Office Executive / Senior HR & Office Executive at Vinova SG plays a vital role in managing both HR operations and office administration to support the company’s daily functions. This position handles payroll, work pass applications, employee lifecycle processes, and engagement initiatives, while also overseeing general office management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities to ensure smooth internal operations and a positive work environment. 

  Key Responsibilities 

  1. Payroll, Claims & Leave 

  1. Handle end-to-end payroll, claims, benefits, and leave administration in compliance with CPF and MOM regulations. 

    2. Work Pass Applications 

  1. Manage EP and S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with MOM requirements. 

  1. 3. Employee Lifecycle 
    Oversee onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes, including contracts, reviews, and exit formalities. 

  1. 4. Employee Engagement 
    Drive employee engagement through events, wellness programs, and feedback channels to enhance workplace culture. 

  1. 5. Performance & Policies 
    Support performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and HR policy implementation, advising managers on best practices. 

  1. 6. Office Administration 
    Manage daily office operations including supplies, facilities, expense tracking, reception duties, call handling, logistical support for staff travel, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. 


    Required Skills and Qualifications

    ·       Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

    ·       2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration. 

    ·       Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and MOM guidelines. 

    ·       Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software. 

    ·       Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail. 

    ·       Good communication and interpersonal abilities to support both internal staff and external guests. 

    ·       Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. 

    ·       A team player who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
