Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of IT professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboards/reports.
  • Support and drive employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media presence, career fairs, networking events).

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Handle monthly payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of employee compensation and statutory contributions.
  • Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, leave, claims), and address related employee inquiries.
  • Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus administration, and performance review cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of solid experience in recruitment and strong exposure to C&B functions, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll software.
  • Good command of English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
