Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of IT professionals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboards/reports.
- Support and drive employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media presence, career fairs, networking events).
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Handle monthly payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of employee compensation and statutory contributions.
- Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, leave, claims), and address related employee inquiries.
- Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus administration, and performance review cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of solid experience in recruitment and strong exposure to C&B functions, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll software.
- Good command of English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
