Job ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of IT professionals.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboards/reports.
Support and drive employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media presence, career fairs, networking events).
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Handle monthly payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of employee compensation and statutory contributions.
Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, leave, claims), and address related employee inquiries.
Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus administration, and performance review cycles.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of solid experience in recruitment and strong exposure to C&B functions, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll software.
Good command of English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
