We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR intern to join Vinova, where you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

1. Job Description

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Source and attract potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, TopCV, ITviec, VietnamWorks, etc.
  • Assist in posting job openings on company channels and social media.
  • Screen and shortlist candidate profiles to match job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and relevant departments.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates.
  • Track and update recruitment progress, reporting to the HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute talent attraction campaigns in the IoT industry.
  • Write and design recruitment content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and internship programs.

HR Data Management

  • Update candidate information and recruitment outcomes in the internal system.
  • Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Conduct candidate and employee experience surveys to improve recruitment processes.
  • Other HR-Related Tasks
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as filing documents and managing internship contracts.
  • Participate in HR projects related to company culture and talent development.
  • Assist the HR team with other tasks as needed.

2. Requirements

  • Fourth-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, or related fields.
  • Passion for recruitment and HR, especially in the tech industry.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Previous internship or work experience in recruitment (especially in tech or IoT) is preferred.
