Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Odoo solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of solutions, aligning them with clients’ business goals and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings and engage with potential leads to understand their business requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and solutions that address client needs.
• Analyze client requirements and provide expert advice on the best Odoo solutions and configurations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business processes and objectives.
• Recommend best practices and industry standards to optimize clients’ use of Odoo.
• Lead and manage Odoo implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Odoo, including solution architecture, implementation, and consulting.
