Key Responsibilities


  • Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and standards for software development and delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce process compliance across development teams and projects, ensuring alignment with company and industry best practices (ISO, Agile, etc.).
  • Conduct internal process audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve process adherence.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on process compliance, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and development teams to ensure that all project activities follow defined processes.
  • Monitor and report non-compliance cases, escalating critical issues to senior management
  • Analyze metrics and reports to assess process effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, identifying root causes and driving structured solutions.
  • Ensure document control, maintain and manage process-related documentation, checklists, and compliance records for audits and reviews.
  • Act as bridge between development teams and senior management to report on quality performance.

 

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Process Quality Assurance (PQA) or Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in an IT outsourcing or software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality models and frameworks such as CMMI, ISO 9001, or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience conducting process audits, quality assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess process effectiveness.
  • Excellent enforcement and problem-solving skills to ensure process adherence.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about process improvement.


Nice-to-Have:


  • Certifications in CMMI, ISO or Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other process management tools.
  • Knowledge of automation tools for process monitoring and reporting.
