Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain infrastructure and system operations ensuring high availability and

security.

• Plan, execute, and document Disaster Recovery (DR) Tests, Resilient Tests, Load/Performance

Tests for financial systems.

• Collaborate with DevOps, Architects, and Security teams to ensure system readiness under

various failure scenarios.

• Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with banking

uptime standards.

• Develop and enforce operational procedures aligning with finance industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• 6+ years of SysOps/System Administration experience with at least 2 years managing critical

financial systems.

• Strong expertise in DR planning, resilience testing, and performance testing tools (JMeter,

LoadRunner).

• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and security configurations.

• Experience with financial sector regulatory and operational compliance standards is essential.
