Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Employer Branding to join our HR team in Hanoi. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates while building and promoting Vinova’s employer brand to ensure we remain an employer of choice in the technology sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the company, focusing on quality and candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top technical and non-technical talents.
  • Lead Employer Branding initiatives, including creating engaging content and campaigns to enhance Vinova’s image as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and department heads to promote Vinova’s culture and values both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, and recruitment events.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve sourcing strategies and employer branding efforts.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, university partnerships, and other community engagement activities to increase brand awareness.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition with a strong focus on employer branding.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, especially in the IT/tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms for talent sourcing and branding.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement employer branding campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
