We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting strategic, user-centered, and modern interfaces for our international clients. You’ll lead the design of intuitive, high-impact products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business value and delight users. This role involves both on-site and remote collaboration with clients, offering opportunities to shape products from concept to delivery.

Job Responsibility

• Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define and solve complex user and business problems, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience. 
• Lead the creation of end-to-end design solutions, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final designs. 
• Develop and validate functional prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts, incorporating user feedback and data-driven insights. 
• Establish and maintain design systems and libraries to ensure visual and brand consistency across products and platforms. 
• Drive the design process across the entire project lifecycle, from discovery to development, advocating for user needs and business goals. 
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices, design processes, and strategic thinking. 
• Collaborate with clients on-site or remotely to align on requirements, present solutions, and iterate based on feedback. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. 
• 5 – 6 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in SaaS, enterprise, or similar domains. 
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in prototyping, maintaining design system and tokens. 
• Strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design solutions. 
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail, innovative thinking, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives. 
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including case studies that demonstrate process, impact, and leadership. 
• Experience with accessibility standards, and cross-functional collaboration in agile environments is a plus.
