Responsibilities:

• Accurately create 3D models of building structures, ensuring high levels of precision and detail, based on architectural floor plans and other design specifications.
• Efficiently read and export 3dsMAX files for integration into Revit projects, maintaining compatibility and data integrity across platforms.
• Develop and enhance textures for 3D models using Photoshop or similar photo editing tools, ensuring realism and consistency in visual representation.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure models meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Continuously improve and optimize workflows for model creation, file export, and texture development to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3dsMAX, Blender, or MAYA, with a strong preference for 3dsMAX expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and translate floor plans into detailed 3D models.
• Solid experience in exporting 3dsMAX files for use in Revit projects, ensuring smooth transitions between platforms.
• Strong skills in Photoshop or equivalent software for creating and applying textures to 3D models.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
