Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and sales presentations to secure high-value deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide forecasting, and adjust strategies to meet market conditions.

    Marketing Strategy and Execution:

    • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies, both online and offline, to drive lead generation and brand growth.
    • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including email marketing (EDM), social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google).
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and measurable ROI.
    • Drive the company’s Employer Branding by creating engaging content for various channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.) to attract both candidates and clients.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand visibility and business development.

      Cross-functional Collaboration:

      • Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, customer success, finance, and product teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with business objectives.
      • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless client experience and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
      • Partner with the delivery teams to ensure the availability of resources and the timely delivery of services to clients.

        Market Research and Competitor Analysis

        • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, and use insights to adjust marketing and sales strategies.
        • Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to ensure a competitive advantage.
        • Prepare regular reports on market trends, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

        Team Leadership and Development

        • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales and Marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
        • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
        • Ensure the professional development of team members by identifying growth opportunities and providing training and support.
        • Requirements
        • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
        • Minimum of 05 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
        • Strong knowledge of marketing channels, sales strategies, and branding.
        • Experience in B2B sales within the IT services or technology sector.
        • Experience in global markets, particularly in the APAC region.
        • Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
        • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
